Can Sindh Police secure almost 60,000 schools?

AIMAN INAM KARACHI: Sindh Police has been ordered to provide security to some 60,000 schools here in Sindh. Of 59,014 schools operating in the province, 46,056 are public schools, whereas, 12,958 are being run by private sector and almost 180 institutions had been considered sensitive. According to the standard SOP, cameras and fire extinguishers should be installed and LEA officials in simple attire should be tasked to keep an eye on schools. An alarm system would also be established amid schools.
